Owners of all properties under the jurisdiction of Belagavi Municipal Corporation are hereby informed that the period of 5% REBATE to taxpayers who pay property tax in full for the current year (2024-25th) has been extended till Date: 14-09-2024.
“Online Payment Integration of Property Tax” software has been developed by the Corporation to provide taxpayers with the facility to pay their property tax online.
Property taxpayers who have already received a computerized Form-1 with PID Number regarding their property tax can pay their property tax at Belagavi-1 Centers and also online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
The rebate is visible in Column No. 35 of the PID report generated.
Even now for many apartments online Challan is not getting generated, those may approach the respective Revenue Section to get their Challans made.

How to pay Property tax online in Belagavi
Go to http://belagavicitycorp.org/ (Payment only by Credit/Debit/Internet Banking/UPI)
Click on Online Services
Enter the PID and click the search button to get Form 1 and then make a payment online.
If you don’t know your PID then use search by criteria i.e. your Ward No, Old Assessment No, New Assessment No, Owner name, OR Mobile No. then Click the Search button you will get the property details
