In a heartwarming step forward for pet healthcare, Soulmates Vet Hospital, a first-of-its-kind private multi-specialty veterinary hospital, will be inaugurated on Sunday, 27th in Belagavi. Timed to coincide with World Veterinary Day 2025, the facility promises to revolutionize pet care in North Karnataka and South Maharashtra by offering all veterinary services under one compassionate and tech-enabled roof.
The hospital is the brainchild of Dr. Vijayalakshmi Kulgod, a physician and lifelong animal lover who conceived the idea after facing challenges accessing quality care for her own pets, Ruby and Lily. “Pets are more than animals; they are soulmates,” she said, speaking at the launch. “Soulmates Vet was born out of love and necessity. It’s not just a hospital—it’s a heartfelt mission.”

An Open Day will be held from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Soulmates Vet premises at Kayaka Towers, Ayodhya Nagar. Pet parents and invited guests will be able to tour the facility, interact with the team, and get a glimpse into what truly makes the hospital special.
